Eleanora of Toledoby DecosaDesign

Based on the extant gowns and portraits of Eleanora of Toledo, several portraits of Medici women in the mid 1500s, and various depictions of Isabella of Portugal from 1535-1564. I love how the sleeves pop open like a paper lantern.

Beautiful dress, the color is amazing, I also love the simple, yet still elegant, accessories. :)

why thank you! I liked it for the shape of the skirt- a lot of people know of the full skirts and farthingales, but not so much of the more subtle shapes from Italy and Spain. I think it looks very composed.
